Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include postage within Australia, so nothing is added at checkout. Prices can change, but never after you’ve ordered.
Paying
Payments are handled by Square. Your order is confirmed when the payment goes through and you get an email from me. If you don’t get that email within a day, write to me, because something has gone wrong.
What I’m selling
Flower essences, and consultations about them. Flower essences are a complementary practice. They are not medicine, they are not a treatment for any condition, and they are not a substitute for medical care. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If something is worrying you about your health, please speak to your doctor.
Consultations
A consultation runs about 30 minutes, by Zoom or telephone, and your essence and Australian postage are included in the price. If you need to change your time, tell me at least 24 hours beforehand and I’ll move it. If you don’t turn up and haven’t told me, I’ll do my best to reschedule you once, but I can’t promise it. I may decline or end a consultation if it isn’t something I can help with, and I’ll refund you in full if that happens.

Returns
Every bottle is curated by hand and personal essences are made for one person, so I can’t resell a returned bottle and I don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, I’ll replace it or refund it. See Shipping and returns.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren’t of acceptable quality.
