Shipping and returns

Short version: postage is included in every price, anywhere in Australia, and if anything arrives wrong I fix it.

Anywhere in Australia, with Australia Post.

What it costs

Nothing extra. Postage is already included in the price of every spray and every consultation, and it stays included whether you order one bottle or several. There is no postage line added at checkout.

How long it takes

Sprays are posted the next business day after your order. Personal essences are made after your consultation and posted the next business day after the session. Australia Post usually takes 2 to 7 business days after that, depending on where you are.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number by email when your parcel is posted.

Returns

Every bottle is curated by hand, and personal essences are made for one person, so I’m not able to resell a returned bottle. That means I don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, or it isn’t what you ordered, email me within 7 days with a photo and I’ll replace it or refund it. That’s a promise, not a process.
