Privacy policy

This is a small business. I’m Neimiah, I run it myself, and I collect as little about you as I can.

What I collect

• When you order: your name, email, postal address and what you bought.
• When you write to me: your name, email and whatever you tell me.
• When you book a consultation: your name, email, phone number and the time you chose.
• When you visit: nothing that identifies you. The host keeps ordinary, aggregate traffic counts, the kind every web server keeps. No profile is built about you and no cookie is set.

If you write to me through the form

The contact form on this site is handled by Netlify, which stores the message and emails it to me. It asks for your name, your email and what you want to say — nothing else. I read it myself and I answer it myself.

What I don’t collect

I never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Square, which processes them on its own systems. Your card number does not pass through this website and I have no access to it.

What I do with it

I use your details to send your order, to talk with you, and to keep the records the Australian Taxation Office requires. That’s all. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for marketing.

• Australia Post, to deliver your parcel
• Netlify, which hosts this website and receives anything you send through the contact form (netlify.com/privacy)

What you tell me in a consultation

Whatever you say to me in a session stays with me. I keep a short private note so that I remember you next time. I don’t share it, and I don’t use it in anything I write or post.

How long I keep it

Order and tax records for seven years, because I have to. Everything else for as long as it’s useful, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to neimiah57@gmail.com and I’ll do it. You don’t need to give a reason.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use tracking cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party script on it. Nothing follows you from here to anywhere else.

If you go through to Square to pay, or to book a time, you are on Square’s site by then and Square’s own privacy policy applies.

If something goes wrong

If you think your privacy has been mishandled, tell me first at neimiah57@gmail.com and I’ll take it seriously. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
